The Orsucci family, direct owner of the Hotel, following its tourist hotel vocation, has decided to undertake in 2021 a total redevelopment of the structure, through an extraordinary restyling, which led the Hotel to become one of the first Green Hotel in town.
The Ambrosiano Green Hotel, a 4-star hotel for your stays in Montecatini Terme, a spa town, Unesco world heritage site. Completely renovated, close to the railway station. Equipped with all comforts as restaurant, heated swimming pool, Matau bar, interior Garden and a terrace on the main street.

Eco hotel in the heart of Montecatini Terme. Through a total redevelopment process we have created an eco-sustainable structure consisting of the following facilities:
• Solar photovoltaic system with a power of 50 kW with total self-consumption of electricity which meets 30% of our needs;
• Solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water that meets 70% of our needs;
• Central heating and air conditioning system with new fancoils in the rooms;
• LED lighting system in the whole hotel;
• Home automation system in the rooms that allows access via electronic board and digital temperature control.
